🐞 I’m getting an error — what should I do?
Oops! If you landed on a page that says “Something went wrong” or shows an error message 😵💫 — that’s not supposed to happen!
Here’s what to do:
- Take a quick screenshot of the error or copy the error message if there is one.
- Try refreshing the page (maybe it will go away).
- Email it to us at hello@trendassist.ai with a short explanation of what you were doing when it happened.
- We’ll look into it right away and let you know once it’s fixed!
